Statement
Amongst other things, I count myself as a systems administrator, photographer, and fiddler. I am drawn to the quiet spaces that I see first with my heart and only then through the lens of my camera. Photography is a contemplative activity for me, from start to end. My family has learned to wait for me as I find an image amongst the trees, and I find another peace as I develop the film, print the picture in the darkroom. I am honored to have been allowed to see the places that I have photographed.
